Day 01 Casablanca airport – hotel in Casablanca

Welcome to your incredible 16-day Morocco tour! As you arrive at Casablanca airport, our friendly team will be there to meet and greet you. We’ll then transfer you to your hotel, where you can relax and rejuvenate for the rest of the day.

Day 02 Casablanca – Rabat

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel before embarking on an exciting city tour of Casablanca. We’ll take you to explore the magnificent Hassan 2 Mosque, the picturesque Corniche Ain Diab, the charming Habous Quarter, and the bustling city squares. After this delightful tour, we’ll transfer you to Rabat.

In Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco, you’ll be enchanted by its modernity, spaciousness, and lovely gardens. Your visit here will include iconic landmarks such as the majestic Hassan Tower, the impressive façades of the royal palace, and the historic Oudaya Kasbah.

Day 03 Rabat – Chefchaouen

Day 04 Chefchaouen to Fes

After savoring a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we’ll embark on an enriching journey to Meknes. Along the way, we will make a captivating stop at the remarkable archeological site of Volubilis, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore ancient Roman ruins.

Upon reaching Meknes, one of the four imperial cities of Morocco, you’ll discover its fascinating dual character. The city is divided into two sections: the historic medina and the modern French town. Meknes served as the capital of Sultan Moulay Ismail during the 17th century, and the imposing high walls that surround the medina stand as a testament to its defensive fortifications against potential invaders.

During our guided visit of Meknes, you’ll have the chance to admire the grand Moulay Ismail mausoleum, as well as the impressive basin Swani and the historic Jewish cemetery. Additionally, we’ll explore the old stores that once held cultivated cereals from the nearby lands.

Subsequently, we’ll proceed to Fes, where you’ll check into your comfortable hotel.

Day 05 Fes city tour

Welcome to Fez, the first Moroccan imperial city, brimming with a treasure trove of attractions and renowned as the spiritual heart of Morocco. Fez boasts the prestigious Karaouiyin University, one of the oldest in the world, adding to its historical significance.

Day 06 Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz valley – Merzouga

After a delightful breakfast, our journey commences towards Erfoud. Along the way, we’ll have the opportunity to pass through the enchanting Azrou Cedar forest, where we’ll pause to capture some endearing moments with the playful monkeys that call this place home. Our next stop will be in Ifrane, a charming town known for its picturesque beauty, where we’ll have the chance to take some captivating pictures.

As we continue our adventure, we’ll traverse the majestic High Atlas Mountains, marveling at the breathtaking vistas they offer. The scenic route will lead us through the mesmerizing valley of Ziz, with its idyllic landscapes and the lush Tafilalet oasis adorned with graceful palm trees.

Our journey takes us further through the palm groves, passing by the city of Erfoud, before finally reaching the quaint town of Merzouga. Here, we’ll check into our comfortable hotel, ready to embrace the magic and allure of the Sahara desert that awaits us.

Day 07 Around Merzouga and desert camp

Today’s itinerary reconciles with Fez Merzouga long distance. Time will be devoted to explore around ERG Chebbi. We tour the Sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi that stretches in the Sahara desert across 30 km long and 10 km width. It is a gift from nature, and it inspires locals and guests alike. Sunrise and sunset are among the highlights.

In the same day, we meet nomad families who take care of their animals. They live in nomad tents and they depend on grazing to win a living. We head to Rissani to visit the local market and to explore examples of ancient villages. Nearby Merzouga we listen to Gnawa music. At the afternoon you ride your camel to the Bivouac where night will be spent and dinner is served on the place. You enjoy the view of the sand dunes and the serenity of the desert. Sleep well!

Day 08 Merzouga desert – Ramlia

Welcome to the exhilarating first half of your 2-week Morocco tour, where the adventures have already begun! Today, we embark on a journey to the charming town of Ramlia. Our route leads us along unpaved roads, crossing dried rivers and rocky terrains adorned with fascinating fossils waiting to be discovered. As we traverse this rugged landscape, be prepared to be captivated by the breathtaking desert views that unfold before us.

Under the comforting shade of an acacia tree, we pause for a delightful picnic lunch, savoring the flavors of the Moroccan cuisine amidst the enchanting desert ambiance. Our path leads us to the quaint African village of Ramlia, where we are warmly welcomed into the home of a Berber family. Sharing a cup of traditional tea with them, we immerse ourselves in their rich culture and ancient traditions. A visit to the little palm tree oasis awaits us, where locals cultivate bountiful vegetables and where friendly faces from the countryside greet us with genuine warmth.

As the day concludes, we transfer to a local guesthouse, where you will find comfort and rest in the heart of this charming desert camp.

Day 09 Ramlia – Alnif – Todgha goges – Dades valley

Today’s adventure takes us on an exhilarating journey from Boumalne Dades, as we traverse the off-road terrain, crossing the dried riverbed of Oued Ghris and arriving at the picturesque village of Sidi Ali. Our path leads us onward through the captivating landscapes, passing through the enchanting town of Alnif before arriving at the renowned Tinghir, known for its awe-inspiring Todgha Gorges.
