4 Days trip from Marrakech to the great south itinerary:
Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi n Tichka – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades valley
Pick up from your hotel in the morning and departure to Ouarzazate through the snake road of Tichka pass (2260 M). The journey includes superb views of lush valleys and enthralling forgetful Berber villages on the highest Mountains. Stop for lovely pictures along the narrow way leading to Ait Ben Haddou village where we visit the ancient Kasbah. This site was declared a world heritage patrimony by the UNESCO and was prestigious for many movies that turned around like the Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and the jewel of the Nil. We keep moving across Ouarzazate, Skoura and Kelaa M’gouna where we spend our trip first night amid the lush trees of the rose’s valley or in the Dades valley.

Day 2: The valley of roses – Boumalne Dades – Todgha gorges – Merzouga Erg Chebbi
After Breakfast, we drive on the road of thousand and one Kasbahs crossing dozen Ksours. Arrival to Tinghir famous for its silver jewelry and the majestic Todgha gorges. We take a twenty minutes walk to enjoy the fresh air, and the stunning view of the palm groves that stretches along the Todgha River. Continuation via Tinjdad to Erfoud famous for many types of fossils, along the way we visit the sub ground water old system of oases irrigation. After lunch, we drive to Merzouga through Rissani. You change the car with friendly camels to spend the night under nomad traditional wool tent. Enjoy your chicken Tajine dish and music in the heart of the Sahara desert.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Nekoub – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate
We set off for Ouarzazate via Rissani and Alnif towns. We drive on the Southern way to join the Draa valley with its spectacular lush palm groves. Then we continue through Ait Saouen village. We drive via the black mountains of inactive volcano at the anti-atlas mountains. Arrival to Ouarzazate and check into your hotel.

Day 4: Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After breakfast, we visit the Kasbah of Tourirt, a beautiful 17 century Glaoui Kasbah, and we take pictures of the Studio of cinema. We depart to Marrakech taking the scenic road of Telouet along the Ounila valley. Join the pass of Tichka in the mountains and drive with stops along the way to Marrakech.
